The ideal candidate will:

\n\nHave previous high-volume restaurant operations experience and exhibit progressive career growth \nHave a self-driven work ethic with heavy attention to detail and cleanliness\nHave a positive approach to hospitality leadership and building teams\nAn extensive knowledge of wines, spirits and beers is a huge plus!\n\n

What will I be doing?

\n

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you would be responsible for assisting management in the direction and administration of a restaurant in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nSupervise, support, schedule, assign daily work, inform and train team members in all restaurant activities and operations\nMonitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance\nSupport and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards\nManage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly\nAssist in monitoring inventory and inventory control\n
