About the Opportunity

We have exciting opportunities for experienced Food and Beverage Supervisors to join our Operations teams at within our Villages in the Bowen Basin in QLD, Gunnedah Basin in NSW, Pilbara Region in WA.

This is a hands-on leadership role supervising the team of General Assistants within the dining room, crib, bar and retail areas to drive continuous improvement to our food service for a high degree of guest satisfaction

Full-Time, Permanent Positions available, consisting of on-going rotating rosters (5-2 or 14-7 options – may vary per village).

About You

To be successful, you will have:

Prior leadership experience in and around onsite accommodation or the hotel space A Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate Experience in high volume, fast paced work environments Experience with cash handling Basic computer and administrative skills A National Police Clearance or be willing to obtain Passion for training and developing staff Demonstrated experience working successfully in a team A good eye for detail Exceptional communication skills Exceptional time management skills The ability to work well under pressure Remote work experience (highly regarded) Class C, Manual Driver’s Licence (highly regarded)
