Job DescriptionEnsure proper training and supervision of all personnel, to deliver prompt, courteous service in a manner that complies with Omni Food and Beverage standards and company policies and procedures.
ResponsibilitiesEssential Functions:
Order and stock necessary product. Display merchandise in a fashion that maximizes product visibility and promotes sales. Make sure signage and any advertising material is in clear view of the guests.Interact with guests in a proper manner, greeting them immediately upon entry to the restaurant/shop and offer to assist them with their needs in a timely manner.Make sure the restaurant/shop is always clean with proper displays, and ensure all items are properly tagged and maintain control of inventory. Make sure items are priced accurately and the items are available as advertised.Provide suggestions, information and similar assistance to customers as requested. Maintain substantial knowledge of the various offerings in the restaurant/shop.Accept payment and process according to current Standard Operating Procedures.Complete all administrative duties in a timely fashion, including meeting deadlines and attending required meetings.Ensuring that your team is correctly completing all opening and closing responsibilities, such as locking area, turning off equipment and lights, paperwork submitted correctly, cash drops, etc…Ensuring the required number of Moments of Service are completed in a timely fashion. Preparing the schedule for the Associates and having it posted in timely fashion.Conducting OST meetings monthly.Document violation of standards of conduct, standards of service, power of one, and standard operating procedures that are not being followed correctly by using the disciplinary steps provided by Associate Services. Any other tasks, responsibilities, or actions that are deemed necessary by your immediate supervisor. Qualifications Able to stand for long periods of time.Must be able to loft up to 25 lbs.Strong organizational skills.Excellent communication skills.Perform and prioritize and multitask with ease.
