LEADERSHIP & SUPERVISION
Directly supervise Food & Beverage associates – ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards. Act as a role model, providing hands-on guidance, coaching, and support to associates.OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
Oversee daily operations of assigned Food & Beverage locations – ensuring cleanliness, quality, and safety. Manage food preparation, inventory, and POS management – maintaining compliance with company and industry standards.GUEST EXPERIENCE
Foster a welcoming and positive guest experience by maintaining high service standards and addressing any guest concerns or feedback properly. Monitor associate performance to ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for all guests.TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
Assist in the hiring, training, and onboarding of associates – ensuring they understand and execute their roles effectively. Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities to enhance team performance and morale.ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
Assist with scheduling, labor management, and tracking operational performance metrics to meet departmental and park goals. Support In-Park Revenue Management in preparing reports, managing costs, and evaluating operations for improvement opportunities. Oversee inventory management – including counting stock, tracking usage, and ensuring accurate product levels. Coordinate with Warehouse department to order supplies and products as needed, maintaining adequate stock wile minimizing waste.HEALTH, SAFETY, & SANITATION COMPLIANCE
Enforce all health, safety, and food handling regulations – addressing any violations and concerns immediately. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and local health codes.OTHER DUTIES
Other duties as assigned.What You Will Need
Must be at least 18 years of age. At least one (1) year of experience in food & beverage or hospitality management, preferably in a high-volume or quick service environment. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a focus on guest service. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, inventory management, and basic administrative functions. Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in hospitality management or food safety are a plus. Ability to obtain ServSafe Alcohol and ServSafe Food Handler within thirty (30) days of employment.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to stand, walk, and work on your feet for extended periods of time. Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50lbs.
