At our hotel, our Food and Beverage Supervisors are the heartbeat of our venue, hosting everything from elegant receptions to productive meetings and joyous reunions. As Food and Beverage Supervisors, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring each outlet is a standout success. What You’ll Do As a Food and Beverage Supervisors , you’ll be the driving force behind our F&B team, working closely with the F&B Director to deliver top-tier service. Your responsibilities will include: Leading, inspiring, and motivating your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Ensuring events run smoothly, from setup to cleanup, with a focus on quality and timeliness. Greeting guests warmly, accommodating their needs, and exceeding their expectations. Overseeing food and beverage service, assisting as needed to ensure seamless execution. Anticipating guest needs, responding promptly, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the event. Training team members to master serving techniques Maintaining a clean, professional, and safe environment at all times Qualifications Must be able to show initiative in job performance including anticipating what needs to be done before it becomes a necessity. A supervisory background is preferred. Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly. A quick and accurate evaluation and selection of alternative courses of action is essential. Must work well in stressful high pressure situations. Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure. Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating preventing identifying and solving problems as necessary. It is important to be effective at listening and clarifying the concerns and issues raised by co-workers and guests. Must be able to work with and understand financial information and data and basic arithmetic functions.
