\n\nWhat will I be doing?
\nA Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for supervising the services in the open food and beverage outlets in the hotel to ensure delivery of outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nSupervise and train team members in all food and beverage operations\nSupport and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints\nDemonstrate strong menu and bar knowledge\nMaintain cleanliness of the outlets\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, third-party liability, liquor laws and alcohol awareness standards and procedures\nUse proper cash handling and accounting procedures to total, process and collect payments from guests\nCreate revenue-generating promotions\nPerform staff and additional duties, as required\nWhat are we looking for?
