Shift Pattern: typically 6a-230p or 3p-1130p; must have open availability

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes: 

\n\nminimum of 1-2 years of F&B supervisory experience\nflexible scheduling including weekends and holidays \nmaximum on the floor presence \n\n

What will I be doing?

\n

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you would be responsible for assisting management in the direction and administration of a restaurant in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nSupervise, support, assign daily work, inform and train team members in all restaurant activities and operations\nMonitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance\nSupport and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards\nManage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly\n
