Canyon Ranch is looking for a Seasonal Food and Beverage Supervisor to be part of our outlet team during the busiest months of the year. This role is all about creating a welcoming, high-quality experience for our guests while supporting and guiding our front-of-house colleagues.
As F&B Supervisor, you will:
Help lead the daily operations of the café and ensure service standards are consistently met.
Partner with the team to deliver exceptional guest service and a warm, inviting atmosphere.
Collaborate closely with Outlet Manager and other leadership to create a strong backbone of support for our food and beverage staff

Responsibilities
Our Seasonal Food and Beverage Supervisor is primarily responsible for supervising the Double U Café and Demonstration Kitchen during the busiest months of the year. Ensures staff is working together as a team to ensure optimum service and that guest needs are met. Manage all employment aspects of assigned staff to include: interviewing, training, scheduling, evaluating performance, coaching staff, and coordinating exit process. Holds daily operational meetings with staff members.

Qualifications
3 - 5 years work experience in related field is required.
1 year of restaurant supervisory experience is required.
Associates Degree in Hospitality or Business Administration or related field is preferred.
To be successful in this role, excellent written and verbal communications skills are essential. You will need to be proficient in all Microsoft office suite applications. Open availability is preferred.
