About the Role
The Team Leader will be responsible for assisting the Outlet Assistant Managers with the smooth and efficient operation of the outlet, through the supervision of your team members and ensuring all guest needs are met efficiently and seamlessly by creating memorable experiences.
Some of the responsibilities include:
Supervision and support of the Food and Beverage employees, ensuring exceptional and efficient service is delivered.Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and their needs are met promptly.Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns with professionalism.Assist in managing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.Promote and upsell food and beverage items to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members effectively.About Hyatt Hotel Canberra - A Park Hyatt Hotel
