\n\nLead and manage all aspects of the Food & Drinks department, including restaurants, bars, and room service.\nDevelop and implement high-quality service standards and procedures.\nMentor and coach the F&D team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.\nOrganize and manage administrative tasks, strategic planning, and financial oversight.\nBuild strong connections with guests, understanding and anticipating their needs to enhance their experience.\nFoster strong team connections, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.\n

Qualifications:

\n\nProven experience as an F&D Manager in a luxury or curated service environment.\nStrong leadership and coaching skills with a hands-on approach.\nExcellent organizational skills and strategic mindset.\nGood understanding of financial management; training can be provided.\nExceptional guest service skills with the ability to read and anticipate guest needs.\nExcellent team management and communication skills.\n\n
