Relocation assistance is not available for this position. **Benefits Offered:** + Medical/dental coverage! + Weekly pay! + 401k and PTO after 6 months! + Great benefit package offered upon conversion! **Food Assistant Scientist Daily Tasks** : What you will do: + Conduct bench-scale experimental work to support enzyme product development, including assay optimization, activity testing, and formulation trials. + Responsible for supporting the formulation and development of innovative blended enzyme solutions tailored for various food applications + Responsible for operating and maintaining analytical instruments including Gas Chromatography (GC), High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), and UV-Vis Spectrophotometer for qualitative and quantitative analysis + Ensures compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SQF (Safe Quality Food) requirements **Food Assistant Scientist Qualifications/Requirements:** + B.S. in Food Science + Laboratory bench work; experimental experience + GC, HPLC, and/or spectrophotomer experience preferred **_We strongly encourage candidates who have some of the skills to apply.
