About the Role & Program:
Do you love photography with an eye for detail and approach all tasks, big and small, with a goal to ensure success across all projects? We are seeking a photography intern to join our Food & Beverage and Merchandise team. You will have the opportunity to gain experience in every area of photography including learning art direction, food styling, photo retouch, lighting, coordination of scheduling, and client-facing interactions to help build one-of-a-kind memories at the Walt Disney World Resort!
We are looking for a dedicated individual who is passionate about food & beverage and will report directly to the Creative & Photography Manager. Our new team member will work hand-in-hand with creative partners to deliver the highest quality photography in the most efficient and timely manner, planning all workflow logistics from start to finish.
The approximate dates of this internship are June 2025 - January 2026.
What You Will Do:
You will take photos and videos for the Food & Beverage Line of Business (LOB) for menus, marketing, and social needsYou will focus on capturing images for the Merchandise LOB for both Guest and Cast-facing tools and reportsMerchandise photos will support Merchandise Product Locator, Merchandise Mobile Checkout, Stockroom & Store Inventory ManagementYou will be supplying content for a variety of Guest-facing media, including Disney Parks Blog and other social media channels/platformsRequired Qualifications & Skills:
You have a background in photography including coursework/examples of work showing technical expertise and photography studio experienceYou bring experience covering social media and/or Public RelationsYou are proficient with professional use of DSLR cameras; Nikon or other professional modelsYou have proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, and Adobe AcrobatYou possess a valid US driver’s license and the ability to operate a company vehicle and/or your own personal vehicle under inclement weather, including minimal lightingYou are comfortable working in an outdoor environment in various weather conditions with prolonged standing and/or walkingYou are able to lift heavy equipment up to 50 poundsPreferred Qualifications & Skills:
You are knowledgeable of studio lighting systemsYou are able to ideate moodboards for photoshoot planning purposesYou bring familiarity within a Macintosh environmentYou bring a love for the entertainment and Food & Beverage industriesPrevious video experienceWilling to learn and tackle additional creative projects as neededRequired Materials:

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship. Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program. Be at least 18 years of agePossess unrestricted work authorizationAdditional Information:

The pay rate for this role in Florida is $20.65 per hour.
