THE DAY TO DAY:Oversee daily operations and staff performance across six café outlets at Bellagio, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining high service standardsAdministrative duties such as checking emails and reviewing schedules, managing employee time off and vacation requests, and coaching staff on policies and proceduresSupervise cashiers to ensure adherence to proper check handling protocols and oversee financial transactions, maintaining accurate processingOrder supplies and manage inventory through the IP System and Purchasing, ensuring all cafés are adequately stocked and equippedFocus on providing exceptional customer service and spending ample time at cafés interacting with guests and staff
