What will you do in this job? Provide collaborative and comprehensive support to the Front of House team. Clear and reset tables as needed, while responding to guest requests. Keep dining and serving spaces neat and clean throughout service. Food Running: Assist service staff with accurate delivery of food or beverages. Hosting: Greet and attend to guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, while managing the flow of seating and responding to guest and team requests. Assist as needed with the setting up of rooms for special events, meetings, conferences and banquets. Aid guests and teammates where needed. Opportunities for morning serving shifts may be available for interested and qualified team members. Be a utility player who can complete a variety of roles and job duties including, but not limited to, dishwashing, expediting, and custodial work What skills and experience do you need for this job? Must be 18 years of age or older Restaurant experience preferred, but not required – we are happy to train! Be physically active for duration of shift including walking, standing, bending, carrying, lifting, and stair climbing. Work-ethic and commitment to the team and guest experience is key Be willing and able to work solo or as part of a team Be committed to Safety First and the highest quality of cleaning & sanitizing standards Be organized with a great eye for detail Be kind to others and always bring your best Be a good communicator, always suggesting ideas and solutions Be helpful and friendly, willing to go the extra mile Be relaxed, flexible and able to handle a few curve balls Be ready to have fun!
