About the Role;

Waiter is responsible for serving food and beverage services, whilst provide a friendly service in order to maximise guest satisfaction, consistent with Hyatt International Standards. This can be achieved by being experienced and knowledgeable in fine dining and engaging our guests during their visit, providing a personal, attentive service to our guests in a professional, polite and courteous mannerYou will also require to understand and explain menu content, menu changes and promotional activities and keep tables and dining areas clean, tidy, and well prepared for service and set for new dinersThis is on a rotating roster. Major shifts will be lunch and dinner service.
