The Food & Beverage Coordinator is responsible for proactively soliciting and managing restaurant and bar sales related opportunities and supports the outlet managers administratively\. He / she actively up\-sells each business opportunity to maximize revenue\. Besides this, the role is responsible for supporting Kitchen and Service leaders with administrative tasks and reporting duties\. **What will I be doing?** As the Food & Beverage Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: + Handle F&B inquiries: group bookings, private and corporate\. Following up on leads, securing business in the most effective way\. Liaising with kitchen and outlet managers for unique requests\. + Assist the operational team to edit menus in collaboration with our Marketing team and Executive Chef\. You will ensure all menus are printing accordingly\. You also ensure all information displayed online is up to date\. + Activate all F&B promotions in our entire platform that includes our reservation system\. Communicating revenue pick up and booking progress for outlet events\. + Liaising with sales which \(corporate\) clients are hosting events for further sales initiatives\. + Reaching out to potential repeat clients\. + Assisting in the administrative preparation of special events/promotions\. + Updating weekly event sheet, two weeks in advance\. + Sending out weekly Event Orders for outlets, first contact for all departments regarding bookings made in the outlets\. + Ability to assist outlets with POS system, create buttons, print reports, etc\. + Attend F&B meetings and collect minutes if required\. + Complete Competition analysis as per F&B management team request\. + Attend and report on monthly health and safety checks for kitchen and service back of house areas + Source quotes for equipment needs\. + Voucher creation and coordination\. + Liaise with Housekeeping team and manage F&B uniforms + Any other duties or projects assigned by the F&B Services Manager or Executive Chef\. • The Management reserves the right to make changes to this job description at its sole discretion and without advance notice\. **What are we looking for?** A Food & Beverage Sales Coordinator serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members\.
