Purpose:

Internship students will be immersed in various aspects of Food & Beverage and our culture of creating enriching experiences at Loews Hotels & Co. From guest service standards across different restaurant styles to pool-side operations and our extensive meetings and banquets, our F&B team plays a critical role in delivering memorable hospitality every single day.

Food & Beverage Internships are available at the following properties during select semesters in 2024: New York City, Tucson, Kansas City, and multiple Loews Hotels at Universal Orlando including Loews Royal Pacific, Loews Sapphire Falls, Loews Hard Rock Hotels, Loews Portofino Bay.

What You Bring

Students must be currently enrolled in an accredited, US-based college or university, and be in good academic standing, in order to apply for an internship.Positive attitude, strong work ethic and eagerness to learnDesire and ability to work with others collaborativelyExcellent communication skills – both oral and writtenExceptional guest service skillsEffective organizational skills with a focus on details, quality, and consistencyAbility to work flexible schedule to include some weekends and holidays
