Food & Beverage Lead

ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:

Oversee daily Food and Beverage operations to ensure smooth functioning. Playing a key role in the Training and Development of the Food and Beverage seasonal staff. Maintain appropriate staffing levels through effective scheduling and coordination with Leads, Supervisors, and the IPR Manager. Ensure all staff members are properly trained on Point of Sale (POS) systems and follow standard procedures and policies. Track and manage inventory transfers and monitor spoilage within the Food and Beverage department. Assist with administrative tasks such as in completing timesheets, ensuring all employees are signed in and out, and breaks given out in order. Ensuring all paperwork gets filled out correctly and appropriately. Emphasized focus on quality and safety of food in restaurants and carts Responsible for daily performance of all employees within the assigned area, to ensure that Guest First Service and Safety policies are followed. Ensure compliance with all Corporate and Park policies and procedures. Protect and secure all assets, including equipment. Perform duties including park setup and breakdown, production of food, restocking products, and maintenance of Food and Beverage equipment. Ensure the locations are kept clean and orderly in accordance with county, state, and federal health code Inspect all personnel for grooming violations. Requires using a telephone or radio communication device in a professional manner. Fully execute company Mantra for Friendly, Clean, Fast, Safe Service. Other duties as assigned by the IPR Supervisors and the IPR Manager.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be 16 years of age or older Strong analytical skills; ability to effectively identify issues and propose solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels of management. Ability to handle registered transactions. Previous experience in supervising a team. Must be food handler certified, or have the ability to become food handler certified within 1 month of hire A positive work attendance required Must be highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Must be willing to work a varied schedule, including extended shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
