Seeking applicants now for a Full Time Seasonal Food and Beverage Manager with a mixture of shifts and operations. Opportunity for year round for the right person. Responsibilities include overseeing a variety of operations including; family restaurant front of house, pizzeria, pub, café and ice cream shop. The F&B Manager will work alongside hourly team members to maintain a clean work environment, control the flow of food and provide outstanding customer service. The F&B manager will ensure all company procedures, recipes, specs and operating guidelines are followed and help maintain quality communication between front of house and back of house team members throughout the shift. Starting pay is based on experience: $20 - $24 per hour.
Day shifts are typically 10:00 am - 7:00 pm and night shifts are be 4:00 pm - 12:00 am (with some variation). Must be able to work with a good attitude toward all fellow team mates in a fast paced environment. Previous restaurant or quick service leadership experience or a desire to learn required.
