You’ll ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, exceptional service, innovative marketing, and increased profitability in a refreshed and modern setting. **What You’ll Do:** As the **Food & Beverage Manager** , you’ll play a key role in enhancing guest experiences by: + Leading daily operations of the Food & Beverage department, ensuring alignment with **Atrium’s Core Values** . + Driving revenue growth through creative promotional programs and upselling opportunities. + Partnering with the Culinary team to execute exciting food, beverage, and banquet promotions. + Collaborating with Event Sales to provide seamless service for events and banquets, managing last-minute changes and custom setups. + Coaching and developing a passionate team to foster exceptional service and career growth. + Managing budgets and ensuring fiscal responsibility while meeting or exceeding revenue goals. + Continuously improving guest service standards while boosting volume and profitability. + Maintaining compliance with all Atrium policies, as well as local, state, and federal regulations. + Supporting other hotel departments based on business needs. + Upholding safety and security standards for guests and staff. **What We’re Looking For:** **Required Experience:** + 2+ years of experience in a similar role + Proven leadership and supervisory skills **Preferred Experience:** + Previous hospitality experience, especially in hotel food and beverage management **Education:** + High School Diploma or equivalent (Required) + Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field (Preferred) **Certifications:** + ServSafe and TIPS Certification (Required) **Tech Skills:** + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based applications + Experience with Workday (Preferred) **Why You’ll Love Working Here:** + A vibrant, **newly renovated** hotel environment + Opportunities for career growth and development + A chance to leave your mark by creating unforgettable guest experiences Ready to lead in a fresh, modern space?
