Primary Purpose:
Be a part of something exciting! Our newly renovated hotel offers an elevated experience, and we’re looking for a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead and organize the department’s activities. You’ll ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, exceptional service, innovative marketing, and increased profitability in a refreshed and modern setting.

What You’ll Do:
As the Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll play a key role in enhancing guest experiences by:

Leading daily operations of the Food & Beverage department, ensuring alignment with Atrium’s Core Values.Driving revenue growth through creative promotional programs and upselling opportunities.Partnering with the Culinary team to execute exciting food, beverage, and banquet promotions.Collaborating with Event Sales to provide seamless service for events and banquets, managing last-minute changes and custom setups.Coaching and developing a passionate team to foster exceptional service and career growth.Managing budgets and ensuring fiscal responsibility while meeting or exceeding revenue goals.Continuously improving guest service standards while boosting volume and profitability.Maintaining compliance with all Atrium policies, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.Supporting other hotel departments based on business needs.Upholding safety and security standards for guests and staff.

What We’re Looking For:

Required Experience:

2+ years of experience in a similar roleProven leadership and supervisory skills

Preferred Experience:

Previous hospitality experience, especially in hotel food and beverage management

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field (Preferred)

Certifications:

ServSafe and TIPS Certification (Required)

Tech Skills:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based applicationsExperience with Workday (Preferred)
