Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage outlets, including an all-day dining restaurant, bar and terrace, 10 meeting spaces, and room service.Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue generation.Take an active lead in the hiring, training, and development of FB colleagues.Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.Ensure the quality and consistency of all food and beverage products. Work closely with suppliers to source high-quality products and ingredients.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food handling and storage.About Hyatt Hotels London Stratford
