Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 / annually

The Food & Beverage Operations Manager is an integral team member of our food and beverage department. Our number one goal is to continually improve member satisfaction. We are looking for the right person who will lead by example and elevate our staff to perform at the highest possible level. We want to provide the best dining experience possible through great service and exceed expectations at every opportunity. This position reports to, and will work closely with, the Director of Food and Beverage.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage all day-to-day operations of our three dining venues.
Create the weekly Front of the House staffing schedule.
Perform all beverage inventory management tasks.
Develop Front of the House opening and closing procedures.
Develop a training program and hold team members accountable to perform to that level.
Develop a new hire training program.
Monitor revenue, control costs, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
Develop safety programs for all Front of the House team members.
Assist in the execution of all member or guest events.
Requirements:
5 years related experience.
5+ years of management experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
An outgoing personality.
Be an independent worker who has the ability to make changes to systems as needed.
Have strong recovery skills as they relate to member complaints.
A knack for prioritizing and delegating.
Sommelier a plus.
