JOB SUMMARY

Transport prepared product from prep areas to different outlets throughout the property to include the coffee shops and pool areas. 

ESSENTIAL DUITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (May include, but is not limited to the following) 

Required to pick up product and supplies from the warehouse and complete delivery to assigned outlets. Additional duties will include the breaking down and distribution of product form received pallets as well as some light cleaning.   Ensure an excellent customer service atmosphere for all guests packaging items for transportation or service Gathering the product and organizing for efficient delivery Assembling product items on cart, boxes or containers Exemplify our core values, family style service, our mission and vision  Sealing containers safely for distribution to different outlets throughout the property Exemplify our DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) culture  Performs other job-related duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

High school education or equivalent preferred Ability to understand and comply with all department and company policies and procedures, rules, and regulations  Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and guests  Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English Must be able to obtain an alcohol awareness card

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT (May be required in order to perform the essential functions of the position)

Must be able to sit, stand or walk for long periods of time Mobility to move about the property Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods of time.  Must have the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, and kneel

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must have the ability to provide internal/ external guests with service excellence, have excellent communication skills and observation skills, and have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests. Above average speech – both speaking and reading/writing English. Need excellent interpersonal skills. Work requires schedule flexibility which may include days off, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
