Food & Beverage Supervisor

About the Role

The Food & Beverage Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage outlets mat the Resort. You will oversee aspects of service, from guest satisfaction to staff supervision, to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

What you will do:

Oversee the daily operations of multiple food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and banquet facilities.Ensure efficient and timely service delivery, adhering to established service standards.Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and portion control.Train, and develop a high-performing team of food and beverage staff.Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.Assist with performance evaluations and provide regular feedback to staff.Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts promptly.Interact with guests to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints.Train staff on guest service techniques to create memorable dining experiences.Handle guest inquiries and special requests in a professional and timely manner.Resolve guest issues and complaints effectively.

 What you will bring:

Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor or similar role in a high-volume, upscale setting.The ability to motivate and inspire team membersExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in POS systems and other relevant software.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.Certification of a food safety program.
