This position will suit someone with a passion for food and love for the hospitality industry/ New Zealand Culture. This role will ensure the smooth service of the restaurant and leading a team of wonderful Food & Beverage attendants

Job Description
Assist with the smooth running of F&B department, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional food & experiences throughout Lead, mentor and train the Food and Beverage Team, ensuring a fun and energetic working environment.Ensure that strategies are in place to allow for efficient and effective staffing of the department to achieve financial and service quality targets.Ensure that Team Members are briefed on all menus, dietaries and special requirements.Assist in induction of new Team Members and annual performance reviews. Handle any escalated guest complaints whilst on shift
Qualifications
Previous experience in the Hospitality industry.Great communication skills.Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.Food safety and alcohol service certification
