About the role
As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our F&B operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and creating memorable experiences for our guests. Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, you will lead and support your team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest standards of quality and brand excellence.
This role will primarily focus on the breakfast team, encompassing responsibilities across the Restaurant, In-Room Dining, and Events. Operating on a rotating roster, you will thrive as part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. Specifically, this role will involve:

\n\nSupport the daily Food and Beverage Operations by being hands on.\nSupervise the team, ensuring that brand standards are met and guest expectations are exceeded.\nTrain and develop team members, ensuring they maintain a professional manner and stay up to date with VIP guest movements, hotel events, local attractions and activities.\nAbility to oversee both a-la-carte and buffet style service.\nUnderstand menu content, any menu changes, and promotional activities.

What are we looking for?

\n\nExperience in a Food and Beverage Supervisory role, or strong experience in an F&B service role, preferable within a hotel environment.\nFluent in English, with the ability to engage professionally with guests and team members, both face-to-face and over email.\nHave a genuine passion for Hospitality, with the ability to find the \"YES\" in every situation.\nStrong skills in resolving conflicts and addressing challenges efficiently, even during busy moments.\nWell-presented, organised, and calm, with a positive attitude and a knack for staying composed in dynamic situations.
