About the Role:
An opportunity has arisen for a Food & Beverage Supervisor position to join our F&B Department in Jumeirah Mallorca.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:
Assist the Assistant Outlet Manager in planning, organizing, and supervising outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. Conduct team briefings, training sessions, and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and hygiene regulations. Monitor and maintain service quality, ensuring excellent guest experiences, and address any major issues or complaints promptly. Promote upselling techniques, merchandise food and beverage offerings, and suggest ideas for special events to boost revenue. Step in to manage operational responsibilities in the absence of the Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager. Ensure compliance with hotel policies, grooming standards, and local regulations, fostering a professional and fair work environment for all colleagues.About you:
