**JOB OVERVIEW** Lead the day-to-day activities of the restaurant outlets. Provide support and service to guests in a prompt and courteous manner while maintaining a high level of quality and consistency to ensure guest satisfaction. Ensure compliance with standards of service and operating procedures. PEOPLE + Ability to train team members (beverage training/service training) + Train and schedule employees to ensure proper coverage. + Conduct pre-shift meetings to inform staff of daily events. + Partner with the members of the sales leadership team to support action plans that optimize results and ensure effective execution of operational activities. + Must be able to coach and counsel associates during shift. GUEST EXPERIENCE + Ensure the restaurants maintain a first class and positive visual impact. + Ensure that the unique services of the restaurant are well maintained by doing table checks. + Respond in a prompt and professional manner to guest requests and complaints. RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS + Act as a member of the hotel’s internal committee. + Perform various additional duties as needed. + Will be responsible for closing procedures of the outlets. + Exceptional organizational skills with devout attention to detail and accuracy a must. + Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner. Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook programs. + Act as manager on duty, when scheduled, to address customer service, vendor, or maintenance issues. + Incorporate loss prevention and safety messages into daily operations. **QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS** High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1-2 years restaurant supervisor experience in a full-service outlet or similar setting. Hospitality Management Degree or some college preferred. Must speak fluent English.
