Waldorf Astoria Orlando is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join the Food and Beverage Team at Peacock Alley and the upcoming Market!

\n

Surrounded by Walt Disney Resort, this luxurious Forbes 4-Star property has 502 rooms, 30,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants, 2 bars, a pool, and in-room dining.

In this role, you will be overseeing the day-to-day operations of Peacock Alley and our upcoming Market, reporting to the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, overseeing 30 Front of House Team Members. 

\n

\n

The ideal candidate will have prior experience and knowledge of coffee and a beverage operation. Prior experience in fine dining and a luxury hotel is preferred.

\n\nClassification: Full-Time\nShift: Various - must have availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.\nPay: $21.06 per hour \n\n

What will I be doing?

\n

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you would be responsible for assisting management in the direction and administration of a restaurant in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nSupervise, support, schedule, assign daily work, inform and train team members in all restaurant activities and operations\nMonitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance\nSupport and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards\nManage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly\nAssist in monitoring inventory and inventory control\n
