Your Responsibilities

\n\nControl and analysis of product and service quality, guest satisfaction, sales, operating costs, hygiene regulations, cleanliness and workplace safety, as well as productivity and creativity\nPractical and consistent implementation of department and company goals\nMonitoring of service processes to ensure satisfaction with the highest guest and quality standards\nParticipation in the development of F&B marketing concepts and their smooth implementation in the F&B outlets\nMonitoring staffing requirements for individual F&B outlets, and actively participating in service during high business volumes\nPlanning and controlling the use of external staff\nPreparation, implementation, and control of sales-promoting measures in all F&B outlets\nPricing and costing of drink menus, F&B packages, and offers\nTraining, further development, and promotion of employees in the F&B outlets\nIndependent leadership of the F&B service team and direct reporting to the Director of Operations\n

What We Expect From You

\n\nCompleted, solid training in hospitality or gastronomy\nSeveral years of professional experience in a similar or identical position\nInitial experience in personnel management is required\nFlexibility, independence, resilience, and stress resistance\nStrong communication skills, confident appearance, and assertiveness\nVery good knowledge of German and English; additional languages are an advantage\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nWell-groomed appearance\n\n
