A Food & Drinks Administrative Assistant is responsible for carrying out the daily activities of the Food & Drinks manager and the Executive Chef to deliver an excellent staff experience while providing secretarial support, managing the mail, food & drinks requisitions, pay roll support, and carrying out filing.

What will I be doing?
As a Food & Drinks Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for carrying out the daily activities of the Food & Drinks manager and the Executive Chef to deliver an excellent staff experience. A Food & Drinks Administrative Assistant will also be required to provide secretarial support, manage mail, food & drinks requisitions, pay roll support and carry out all filing. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nCarry out daily administrative activities of the Food & Drinks manager and the Executive Chef while adhering to Hilton Standards, policies and procedures\nProvide secretarial support to the team\nEnsure all communications, particularly relating to F&D, culinary and steward, are handled promptly and professionally\nReceive and distribute mail\nEnsure outgoing mail is dispatched in a timely manner\nProvide minutes to Team Meetings and compile management reports in a timely and accurate manner if necessary\nMaintain adequate supplies of office stationary\nIdentify and build internal and external relationships\nCarry out all filing\nComply with all key security mandates\nReport any maintenance issues or hazards\nMaintain own work area in a clean, tidy and good manner\nReport defective materials and equipment\nAssist with special projects related to the Office\nWhat are we looking for?
