Starting Rate: $12.91 an hour + tips

SPECIAL WORKING CONDITIONS:

Exceptional communication and guest service to both internal and external guests a must. Exceptional organizational skills. This includes verbal and written communications. Be a team player by establishing and maintaining positive relationships with coworkers and management. Must have enjoy working in a fast paced environment. Comply with all food service policies & procedures as well as company and departmental policies.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Plan and manage order flow Serve as a contact point for the kitchen and wait staff Control and oversee dishes before leaving the kitchen Complete all work assignments and follow all instructions provided by supervisor or manager. Provide assistance in cleaning activities and keep immediate work area clean at all times. Ensure food and supplies are stocked at all times and maintain cleanliness of all working areas. . Execute a variety of different tasks as needed in accordance with managers/supervisors Keep wait staff informed of any changes coming from the kitchen Pack the to go orders and deliver to host/hostess station Know and follow all policies, procedures, guidelines and standards for each operating area. Attend all department meetings and required training.
