**Food Manufacturing Supervisor (3rd shift)** Manufacturing Burnsville, MN, US Pay Rate Low: 80,000 | Pay Rate High: 95,000 + Added - 20/12/2024 Apply for Job **_​​​​​Our client, a leader in food manufacturing for ingredient systems, is hiring for a Food Manufacturing Supervisor to join their ever-growing team with state of the art equipment!_** **Pay:** $80k-95k/yr **Terms:** Direct Hire **Location:** Burnsville, MN **Schedule:** 3rd shift - Rotating schedule w/ rotating weekends 2/2/3 **Responsibilities** + Prioritizes human safety in all aspects of operations and material handling, fostering a culture where safety is a core value ingrained in every employee's mindset and actions. + Collaborates with the QA Manager to establish processes, develop capabilities, and promote a mindset that ensures a work environment free from food safety risks. + Partners with the QA Manager to implement and refine processes that guarantee ingredient production meets or exceeds strict customer requirements, providing recommendations for continuous improvement. + Promotes the development of processes, capabilities, and a culture that drives strong performance, results, and continuous improvement across all employees. + Monitors and reports daily performance metrics, including safety, quality, cost, delivery, and plant housekeeping. + Evaluates outcomes against expectations, investigates issues, identifies root causes, and implements corrective actions for underperforming processes. + Cultivates a productive work environment where expectations and roles are clearly defined, conflicts are addressed and resolved, accountability is upheld, and effective communication and active listening are standard practices **Requirements** + Bachelor’s Degree Preferred + Minimum of 6 years of related manufacturing experience (food processing, pharmaceuticals or biotechnology) + 4-6 years of previous leadership experience within GMP manufacturing + Previous experience implementing successful strategies for manufacturing workflows INDBH \#LI-DNP We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
