Sodexo is seeking a Retail Operations Manager for Saint Catherine University, a faith based college located in St Paul, MN . Saint Kate’s offers its Students and Faculty a large array of dining options across Campus from Sushi Blue, Sodexo Grill, Chefs Table, Simple Servings, cooked to order Seminola Pasta/Pizza, Simple Servings, full soup and salad bar and large grab and go. This position will oversee the day to day operations of the Cashless Dining at St Kate’s as well as supporting the on campus Catering.  The emphasis is on customer satisfaction and providing outstanding service for our long- term Client within our modern, safe and inviting environment

Prior experience with high volume dining in restaurants or multiple Quick Service restaurants would be highly preferred. What You Bring

 

 

2 – 4 years supervisory/management experience in a high volume dining or food court strong employee engagement leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively; manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service; prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; and/orworking knowledge of Food Management Systems and Point of Sale Retail pricing tools and be proficient in computer skills and report management.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
