Sodexo is seeking a talented culinary leader to join the team as a Food Operations Manager 2 at SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital MWC, a growing 145-bed hospital located in Midwest City, OK. The Food Operations Manager will be responsible for managing retail operations, patient services, and catering with a focus on enhancing the patient dining experience. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in healthcare and/or fine-dining with a culinary background.
What You'll Do manage the daily food production including production planning and controls;ensure Sodexo Culinary Standards including recipe compliance and food quality;manage food costing, controls and compliance;have high expectations for customer service and quality of food;have the ability and willingness to develop and train frontline employees;have a passion for food and innovation; andhave knowledge of special diets and allergens. Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
