Sodexo is seeking a **Food Operations Manager 2** supportingpatient services(back of house operation) at **Anderson Hospital** located in **Maryville, IL** . This position offers great work-life balance.The patient services operations manager is respnsible for patient meal service. We provide food for an average census of 90 patients and 2 Meals on Wheels locations. They will help with customer service, food quaility, and food safety. In addition, this manager will oversee the call center and learn to program the point of service program HealthTouch. We are looking for a motivated individual to work as part of a team, communicate, and make each day a little better. **What You'll Do** + evaluate and develop service levels for the overall Patient Services Program targeted to exceed patient and customer satisfaction; + oversee Sodexo’s Patient Dining Program and daily meal rounding inclusive of service recovery; + collaborate with clinical, food service and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the patient experience; + perform tray assessments to ensure food quality and presentation and tray accuracy; + exceed Sodexo standards for Gold Checks and achieve successful regulatory inspections and audits; and/or + perform management functions that include direct supervision of hourly associates including employee development. **What We Offer** Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
