Sodexo is seeking a Food Operations Manager to help operate a potential child nutrition partnership with schools in Cedar Hill, TX. Candidate will have K-12 Public schools knowledge of Child Nutrition regulations and will work directly with district employees and school sites, implementing signage/marketing program, gathering customer data, through surveys, focus groups and taste testing. This is a potential sale and contingent offers will be made. At Sodexo, we deliver food, nutrition, environmental and facilities management solutions to partnered K-12 schools. What You'll Do Deliver high quality food service;Achieve company and client financial targets and goals; Develop and maintain client and customer relationships;Create a positive environment; Have oversight of day-to-day operations by making sure menu planning, meal pattern compliance, recipes, and HACCP standards are being followed; andCreate a positive environment, on a schedule that is typically M-F with nights/weekends off. Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
