Sodexo is seeking a Food Operations Manager 3 for East Tennessee State University located in Johnson City, Tennessee. ETSU is a large Public Institution with 13,000 students, in the tri-cities area of TN.  This Food Operations manager will manage daily operations and balance multiple departments and build an overachieving team. This account consists of Concessions, Resident Dining, Conference Center and Retail.This position reports directly to the General Manager. Relocation Assistance is available with this position.

have oversight of day-to-day operations;deliver high quality food service;achieve company and client financial targets and goals; develop and maintain client and customer relationships;develop strategic plans;create a positive environment; and/orensure Sodexo standards are met.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 3 years   

Basic Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
