Sodexo Campus Segment has a great opportunity for you as a Food Operations Manager 3 at Southern Connecticut State University (SCSU) located in New Haven, Connecticut. Sodexo Dining Services on the campus, operates as a comprehensive dining program that features food service operations to include residential dining locations, popular retail food platforms, high end catering, summer conference business and more.
What You'll Do have oversight of day-to-day front of house operations (multiple dining rooms, catering and a bistro);have a passion for food and promotes and mentors guest service excellence cross departmentally through the people we serve;achieve company and client financial targets and goals;develop and maintain client and customer relationships;develop strategic plans;create a positive environment; andensure Sodexo Standards are met. Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
