Food Outlet Supervisor
DescriptionSpecific Duties And Responsibilities Responsible for the supervision and performance of the food outlet front of house staff. Upholds the company and departmental service standards while ensuring the coaching/accountability measures are enforced. Delegates duties and assign responsibilities to staff. Assist in development of Team Members. Ensures the safety and security of Team Members and guests. Supervises programs and processes to reduce and control loss time injuries. Review marketing/promotions and Food Outlet activities with staff. Monitor staffing levels to maintain budgeted levels of employment. Assists in identifying and defining business needs to implement solutions that may result in beneficial changes to the department. Responsible for attending to guest’s complaints and resolving matters as expediently as possible. Work closely with department head to develop and implement operating standards where necessary. Ensures consistent and convincing service according to the company standards. Standards Of Performance Management abilities demonstrated in managing the Food Outlet operation effectiveness. Maintaining interpersonal working relationship among all personnel. Oral and written communication skills. Creative problem solving and resolution management. Sense of urgency to tasks and goals as directed. Willingness to assume overall responsibility relative to the performance of Food Outlet operations. Education, Tr AI Ning, And Experience Two to five years of experience in food and beverage operations and managing personnel. 4-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience is preferred.
