MEETS ALL HOSPITAL CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPECTATIONS. PREPARES HOT AND/OR COLD FOODS FOR CAFETERIA SERVICE. FOLLOWS STANDARDIZED RECIPES. MINIMIZES FOOD WASTE. PRODUCES FOODS ACCORDING TO PAR LEVELS. PLACES EXPIRATION DATES ON ALL FOOD ITEMS PREPARED AND DISPOSES OF OUTDATED PRODUCTS.MAINTAINS OPTIMUM SANITATION STANDARDS OF ALL EQUIPMENT, SUPPLIES AND WORK AREA. COMPLETES DAILY CLEANING ASSIGNMENTS. CLEANS WORK AREA PRIOR TO END OF SHIFT
KEEPS FOODS APPROPRIATELY STORED AND WORKS IN A SAFE ENVIRONMENT. FOLLOWS HACCP GUIDELINES FOR ALL FOOD PREPARATION, STORAGE AND SERVICE. ADHERES TO HOSPITAL AND DEPARTMENT SAFETY POLICIES.
PRESENTS ALL FOOD ITEMS IN A NEAT, ORGANIZED MANNER. DISPLAYS ALL FOOD ITEMS IN A NEAT, ORGANIZED MANNER. KEEPS ALL AREAS WELL STOCKED WITH FOOD ITEMS. ACKNOWLEDGES ALL CUSTOMERS WITHIN 30 SECONDS. PROVIDES EYE CONTACT AND POSITIVE BODY LANGUAGE WHEN COMMUNICATING WITH CUSTOMERS. USES APPROPRIATE SERVING UTENSILS TO PROVIDE PORTION SIZE AS SPECIFIED IN STANDARDIZED RECIPES.
