OUR AWARDS: + Great Place to Work Certified – 2022, 2023, 2024 + Most Trusted Executive Teams – 2023 + Best Places to Work in Hospitality & Retail – 2023 + Best Places to Work in Canada – 2024 + Best Workplaces for Women – 2024 + Best Workplaces for Mental Wellness – 2024 AT MAMA YOLANDA’S GOURMET LASAGNA OUR PRODUCTION ASSEMBLY WORKERS HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: + Effectively lead by example and work as a team of champions to achieve results. + Assist in all aspects of lasagna production, which includes following a specific recipe for the making of a patented sauce recipe (vegetable prep, spice prep, and grinding of meat products), the making of pasta sheets, and ultimately the assembly of lasagnas. + Prepare ingredients for the production line including batch prep of cheeses and cheese mixtures. + Assemble lasagnas following correct measurements for each ingredient, including pasta sheets, cheese products, and sauces. + Verify that finished materials meet quality standards. + Ability to maintain clean and sanitized work area. + Adhere to Food Safety, GMP, HACCP, and CFIA standards at all times. + Strive to uphold a safe working environment and be health & safety conscious at all times.
