Key Accountabilities

 

 

Properly maintain strict standards of cleanliness and organization of all service stations/areas Perform all assigned opening side work Maintain company standards of presentation, service, etc.

 

General Requirements

 

 

Experience in a luxury hotel or other luxury environment Friendly demeanor and great “connection” with people Ability to be flexible and adapt to a variety of service setting including dining, event, etc. To frequently communicate with colleagues and to maintain an excellent rapport within the entire Food & Beverage Department to stimulate continuous improvement
