Duties and Responsibilities FINANCIAL RETURNS + Maintain all assigned food production service areas in an orderly manner in compliance with sanitation and health regulations. PEOPLE + Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments. Key departmental contacts include Catering, Banquets, Outlets, and Guest Services. GUEST EXPERIENCE + Deliver food from kitchen to guests table. Place food in proper position and announce food as it is placed in front of guest, if required. RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS + Assist the wait staff in the service of food in accordance with the established standards. + Set up station in the kitchen. + Pre-bus tables + Polishing of glassware and silverware + Assist servers in bussing tables, and pouring drinks as needed + Maintain outside patio, removal of outside heaters and replacement of propane tanks + Maintain the orderly upkeep of coolers and storage areas. + Assist with unloading of inventory as needed. + Maintain cleanliness of expo lines. + Assist in table set up and cleaning when required.
