THE JOB:

As a Food Runner, you’ll be the face of exceptional hospitality, delivering WOW-worthy experiences with your friendly demeanor and top-notch service in a fast pace, exciting sports bar. By attentively understanding and anticipating guests' unique preferences, you’ll create moments of joy and delight that make every visit unforgettable and leave a lasting impression long after their stay.

THE STARTING RATE: $20.0529 hourly plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Greet guest in a positive, friendly manner, making them feel welcome

Rotate running food between Overlook Grill,Boulevard and Chelsea Pools

Expedite food from the kitchen to the table as dictated by sequence of service and by the Chef or kitchen expediter

Describe food upon placement on the table, answering questions pertaining to the dishes

Describe menu features as needed including changes and additions

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Work seasonally varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

6+ months of prior experience in a high-volume dining restaurant as a food runner or server

Experience working in a similar resort setting

Knowledgeable of food and menu preparation

Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
