This role plays a key part in supporting the Quality Assurance (QA) department by ensuring the facility and its products meet customer specifications and audit requirements. Pay: $55k-$65k/yr **Responsibilities** + Implement and maintain food safety policies and procedures. + Conduct inspections and monitor sanitation processes. + Review records for HACCP, SSOP, GMP, and audits. + Analyze data to drive continuous improvement. + Support training and cross-department collaboration. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field preferred. + Experience in food safety, QA, or food production. + Knowledge of HACCP, SSOP, GMP, and regulatory standards. + Strong analytical and communication skills. + HACCP certification and bilingual skills preferred.
