\t\t\t\t\t•\tLeadership and Supervision: Lead our team of dedicated Quality Assurance Technicians, ensuring effective quality management practices on the production floor.•\tProgram Management: Develop, coordinate, and execute comprehensive QA programs, including Preventive Controls, Food Safety, SQF, HACCP, GMPs, Food Defense, and Pre-Requisite Programs.•\tRegulatory Compliance: Work closely with USDA inspectors, manage audits, and ensure all food safety documentation is current and compliant.•\tContinuous Improvement: Identify and implement strategies to enhance quality and safety procedures, ensuring continuous improvement across all production processes.•\tTeam Training: Educate and guide team members on SCF's product safety and quality standards.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
