We are seeking a Food Scientist who will assist with formula development, QC testing and work to launch new products. Pay: $60k-$68k/yr **Responsibilities** + Develop and refine product concepts with Sales, Marketing, and Vendors. + Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Regulatory teams to establish specifications. + Ensure packaging compliance with labeling and regulatory guidelines. + Support formula development and ingredient analysis. + Conduct analytical testing and verify quality through lab analysis. + Monitor industry trends and contribute innovative product ideas. + Stay current on FDA, USDA, and AAFCO regulations. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related field. + Experience in food manufacturing. + Strong knowledge of food regulations. + Proficiency in data collection and analysis. + Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive. + Strong communication skills.
