Food Service Attendant

This position will be working 7am-3:30pm and noon-8:30pm on variable days and weekends are required.

Job Description:

Under direct supervision prepares a variety of foods requiring short preparation for staff, residents and special events, sets up dining areas, washes and sanitizes dishes.

Required Qualifications:

Upon hire: National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority

Preferred Qualifications:

Coursework/Training: Specific vocational training. This training can be provided in a school, work, military, institutional or vocational environment Six months:Training or on the job training in quantity food preparation in cooking, estimating food needed, requisitioning and storing food and supplies, basic principles of dietetics and principles and requirements of sanitation and safety in food handling.
